Khalilov said that his commission carries out the competition for vacancies in the state service. He noted that the commission announced a competition for 80 vacancies in different ministries and committees.

Those who want to participate in the competition can present their documents within 30 days. After the documents are checked by the commission will be allowed to the first stage of the test. The test will be conducted by the State Student Admission Commission and relevant bodies.
The chief of the commission stressed that they will ensure fairness of the competition. "The society should believe us. Everything will be fair, there will be no illegalities. Aliyev congratulates nation on historic date

The Azerbaijani people celebrated national holidays in a rather low-key way during the Soviet Union times. However, after they asserted sovereignty and established an independent state upon the Soviet collapse in 1991, March 20-21 - the Novruz Bayrami (Holiday) marking the advent of spring - were officially announced holidays. President Ilham Aliyev has lately issued a decree announcing the celebration of the holiday for five days for the first time in the republic's history. Under the decision, the people of Azerbaijan will celebrate the date for a full week starting this year.
