Local authorities get trained on human resources management Baku, 23 November 2009 - Today the Civil Service Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan started trainings for local executive power bodies and local and regional divisions of central executive power bodies on humn resources management. Trainings were organized within the project on Good Governance through Civil Service Reform: Implementing MDG 9 (draft SPPRSD 2008-2015) between Civil Service Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and United Nations Development Program” approved by Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan of 29 November 2006. more
Baku, 10 September, 2009 - Today, UNDP and the Council of State Support to NGOs under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan launched a joint project to benefit regional NGOs in Azerbaijan.
The project document aimed at for strengthening the management capacity of local NGO sector in Azerbaijan was signed by Bruno Pouezat, the UNDP Resident Representative, and Azay Quliyev, the Chairman of the Council for State Support to NGOs under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
