INTERNATIONAL MUGHAM CENTER INAUGURATED IN BAKU

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today inaugurated the International Mugham Center in the seaside National Park in Baku. The Head of State and his spouse Mehriban Aliyeva cut the ribbon symbolizing the official opening of the Center.
